Tricia

Dental Assistant

Tricia has been utilizing her dental assistant skills for over 28 years and has brought valued clinical expertise to Dr. Gradoville’s practice since 2013. She has a genuinely positive and lighthearted personality that will put you at ease.  Outside of the office Tricia spends her time with her two boys and their family dog Petey.  She also enjoys camping in the summertime, and watching football in the wintertime.

Cathie

Dental Assistant

Cathie is originally from Michigan and moved to Urbandale, IA when she was in 7th Grade. She graduated from Urbandale high school and then Dental Assisting school at DMACC. Cathie has been a RDA for 42 years and truly enjoys working with patients. She is married and has two grown children. When she is not working, she sings in her church choir, watches Iowa, Michigan, and Steeler football and likes to travel to Arizona, Colorado, St. Louis, and Michigan to visit family.

Hillary

Dental Hygienist

Hillary is a Des Moines native who loves the outdoors, Hawkeyes and the Chicago Cubs. She graduated from Simpson College and went to DMACC for Dental Hygiene. Hillary has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years and loves the relationships she has created with her patients. Hillary enjoys traveling and spending time with her family as well as her two boxers, Wrigley and Jayla.

Kate

Dental Hygienist

Kate is a Des Moines native and has been working in dentistry most of her life, and has been a registered dental hygienist since 1996. She has been married to her husband, Rich for 24 years. Kate and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and grandkids in Seattle. They enjoy golfing and traveling, her favorite destination is Las Vegas.

Mimi

Receptionist

Mimi is a Des Moines native and has been working at Ingersoll Family Dentistry since 2016. She enjoys helping patients better understand their insurance and how to best utilize their benefits. Mimi loves cooking, trying new foods and restaurants. She also enjoys rollerblading when the weather is nice. She and her husband have three very energetic daughters!

Jaydan

Front Office Administrator/Dental Assistant

Jaydan grew up in Baxter, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University. She has worked in the dental field for the last 5 years, both as a receptionist and dental assistant. She has a passion for insurance and all things organization. In her free time, Jaydan enjoys working at the Des Moines Farmers Market in the summer, and spending time with her husband and fur babies!
